WBO begins preconstruction on Ravinia Martin Theater Renovation

W.B. Olson is currently in preconstruction for the Ravinia Martin Theater Renovation in Highland Park, Illinois, with completion projected for June 2028. Serving as Construction Manager, WBO is helping plan for the complete interior renovation of the historic 1904 Martin Theater building, including a new stage structure, rigging, recording and audio areas, expanded dressing rooms and restrooms, new seating, and updated HVAC and electrical systems.

The project represents a significant investment in both the functionality and future of an important cultural venue. Through preconstruction, WBO is helping align scope, planning, and execution early so the next phase of work can move forward with clarity and confidence.
